How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Woo and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us regarding purchases from outside of the U.S. We are not set to sell internationally directly yet, but will be happy to work out solutions with each customer who are interested in our products.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders can be arranged by you contacting us first and we can work out solutions for you.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! All Midori Essence products are cruelty-free, vegan, and ethically sourced.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our formulas are dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types. However, we recommend doing a patch test before first use.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs of flat rate of $5 will be deducted from your total refund amount. How do I request a refund or exchange?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

What if my product arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

You can reach us using “Contact Us” form and we will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.
